We start with a financial health check-up, and then overlay the Value Builder System™ (used by over 80,000 business owners) with our own MEP-specific checklists, SOPs, and financial reports built for blue-collar service companies.

The goal is simple: guide and encourage you every week as you move through a 12-phase plan that helps build a stable, well-run business that makes money, supports growth, and holds value. 

This program is designed for service contractors doing $1M to $20M in annual revenue.

Pricing

One-time setup/financials review fee: $1,500
Monthly fee: $2,500 

The setup fee covers your financial review, Value Builder Assessment, valuation discussion, financials review and our first 90-minute meeting, as well as setting up your weekly and monthly reports and online Value Builder subscription.

Monthly fees, which cover weekly and month reports, the Value Builder online subscription, and weekly CFO calls continue as long as you’re in the program – there is no fixed timeline. It’s dependent on you and your company. Our goal is 12 months or less, but depending on your size and how far along your operations are, it could take much less or more time. There is no contract, we only ask for 30 days notice if you decide not to continue.
