Our vision
Every small and mid-sized HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company deserves a shot at becoming a lasting legacy. We believe solid financial practices and the right business infrastructure shouldn’t be reserved for big companies with big budgets. Our goal is to make expert guidance affordable, practical, and built specifically for the trades.
Our Leadership
Before launching HVAC Office Solutions, Robyn Hass was CFO/CHRO of Core Mechanical – a company she co-founded and later sold to private equity. In previous director-level and consulting roles, Robyn was responsible for building scalable infrastructure and teams to support rapid program growth.
Prior to working in the mechanical industry, Robyn completed graduate school and later a masters certificate in organizational change management. After graduate school, she worked for Booz Allen Hamilton and similar firms, as a management consultant for the DoD programs, with a focus on facilities redevelopment. She has also been a manager and trainer at a large Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
Robyn currently maintains her SHRM-SCP senior-level HR certification, QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification, as well as Gusto Payroll Certification, and many others. She is also a member of the National Association of Certified Professional Bookkeepers (NACPB) and Women in HVACR.
