Live Financial Dashboards

Our live financial dashboard is available for you to use any time. Standard metrics include:

Bank account balances (per QBO data only)
MTD and YTD total sales vs budgeted**
MTD and YTD gross profit
MTD and YTD gross profit margin
MTD and YTD net profit
MTD and YTD net profit margin
Top 20 past due customers
Total payables due in the next 7 days
MTD and YTD average sales per truck**
MTD and YTD average sales per technician**

There is a $499 set up fee, and then a recurring fee of $499 paid in advance each month for the basic dashboard that refreshes data approximately every 24 hours. Additional information and faster refreshes are an upgrade. Please email robyn@myhvacoffice dot com for detailed information, or if you would like to add data/upgrade. You must read and accept all terms and conditions and be an active Quickbooks Online user to use this service. A 60-day cancelation is required if you choose not to continue services.
